You can always laugh at Illinois if your state shapes up.
Our guv tried to take care of the state's shortfall into pension contributions by TAKING 2% OUT OF PUBLIC EMPLOYEES SALARIES!! Did he think we would all take a 2% cut without a fight? To pay for the state government's mismanagement? Geez.
